WELCOME TO THE SCRUMPTY SCULPTURE TRAIL...
Gloucester’s newest mascot, Scrumpty will take to the streets of Gloucester throughout the summer of 2015 for an exciting sculptural trail. 20 giant sculptures of Scrumpty created and designed by ‘eggs-eptional’ professional and aspiring artists will be placed in the historic streets and green places of Gloucester to capture the imaginations of the public.
For 2015, Gloucester has adopted the local, historical character of Humpty Dumpty, but as it’s a big year for sport he’s put on his rugby jersey and boots taken the nickname ‘Scrum-pty’ to help celebrate the World Cup with the country’s most passionate fans.
Join us for the Where’s Scrumpty trail as we celebrate Gloucester’s year of festivals, events and sporting tournaments. The trail will take place from August to October resulting in each decorated sculpture being auctioned off for charity.
